Nesse esforço, o Brasil merece uma "prioridade" por sua importância ambiental, seu destaque entre os países do "Sul", e seus enormes desafios sociais - que antecipam problemas que logo se apresentarão mundialmente. A proposta Reunir pessoas do país mais desenvolvido na análise dos sistemas alimentares urbanos - a Holanda - com outras do país mais desafiador - o Brasil -, promovendo um intercämbio que será muito útil para ambas as partes. Mas certamente nossa comunidade virtual estará sempre aberta a pessoas de qualquer outro país. Com relação aos parceiros europeus, ganharáo uma oportunidade para aprender, em primeira mão, como gerir muitos aspectos das intervençóes culturais necessárias para reconfigurar o sistema alimentar de uma regiáo - ou mesmo de um país - bastante diferente do deles.
